Cards To Email Help

Send Format

There are 2 choices of formats to send the card in.

  1. Send to users with standard email accounts (Outlook Express/Eudora/Netscape/AOL 6.0). This option embeds the images and music with the mail message so the recipient can view the image directly without the need to access a web site for the image.
  2. Send to users to web email accounts (Yahoo/Hotmail). This option is the same as the default format, except the image and music is not sent with the mail message and is accessed off the web server when the recipient reads their mail. Although Yahoo and some other web mail sites will support the first option, this method should be chosen if you are unsure of the web or mail client of the recipient.
